Ingredients
- 1 box Mason Dixie Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits
- ½ package Misfits Foods Sweet Potato and Chicken Sausage
- ½ C. Miyoko’s Vegan Farmhouse Cheddar Shreds
- 3 eggs
- Copper Cow Classic Coffee
- 1 T. butter
How to Bake
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Bake Mason Dixie Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuits according to package
- While the biscuits are baking, fully cook the sausages 8-10 minutes over medium heat in a skillet
- Leave the sausages in the skillet, melt 1 T butter, whisk eggs together and pour over the sausages. Cook eggs to desired consistency
- Remove baked biscuits from the oven and serve all together
- Prepare the Copper Cow Classic Coffee as directed--and enjoy the perfect breakfast or brunch!
