2 boxes of Mason Dixie Cheddar Chive Biscuits, thawed
4 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 C. grated mozzarella cheese
Salt, parmesan, and red pepper flakes to taste
How to Bake
Thaw biscuits overnight in the fridge
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine garlic, butter and oil in a microwaveable bowl and heat on high until butter is melted, about 20-30 seconds in microwave. Stir in chopped parsley and thyme
Cut each biscuit in half. You should end up with 24 half biscuits
Roll each half into a ball shape, approximately the size of a golf ball and place on a parchment-lined cookie sheet in the shape of a Christmas tree. Leave about ½-inch of space between each biscuit ball
Brush the herb mixture onto the dough using a pastry brush. Stuff shredded mozzarella cheese in the spaces between the biscuits. Sprinkle salt, parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes to taste
Bake 14-16 minutes until golden brown
Serve with warmed marinara sauce and enjoy!
