Unroll and shape each roll into a tree by starting at the base and making a 2-2.5" line of dough and then curving it up to make the new row slightly smaller, and repeating until the dough is gone.
Bake according to package.
Remove and let cool, 3-5 minutes.
Slather each with icing and decorate as desired.
